| 1. Can I register for classes by phone? |
| |
Neuhaus Education Center is not accepting registrations by phone at this time. Please register online with your VISA or MasterCard, or print an registration form to mail or fax to us with your payment. |

| 2. What method of payment can I use? |

Neuhaus Education Center accepts cash, checks, signed Purchase Orders, VISA, and MasterCard. |

| 3. Can I bring my child with me? |
| |
Neuhaus Education Center cannot accomodate children. |

| 4. I can't attend the class I registered for. What do I do? |
| |
At least seven days before the first day of class, notify the Center that you will not be able to attend, and we will reschedule you for the same class at a later date. Without the seven day notice, the Center will not be able to reschedule, and will not give a refund. |

| 5. I missed my class. What do I do? |
| |
Payment for missed classes is non-refundable. The materials for the class will be available for pick up for 30 days after the first class day. |

| 1. How do I register for classes online? |
| |
Register online for classes at the Center with your VISA or MasterCard. If you have previously attended classes at the Center and would like to view them online, but have never registered online, please call us at 713/664-7676. |

| 3. How do I know my online registration was successful? |
| |
You will receive an email confirmation and receipt at the email address you used to create your account with. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours of your payment, please contact the Center at 713/664-7676. |
