Register for the Chevron Houston Marathon with Team Neuhuas and Support Neuhaus Education Center!    To secure your place on Team Neuhaus, you have two options:  (1) sign up using the Marathon lottery system or (2) sign up to be a HERO for Neuhaus Education Center on July 27th at 6:00 a.m. CST.  The race date is Sunday, January 30, 2011.

(1) If you decide to try the lottery, you must register on the event website (houstonmarathon.com) between Tuesday, July 27 (6:00 a.m. CST) through Thursday, August 12th (11:59 p.m. CST). Participants will be announced for each race on Tuesday, August 17th.*
 
(2) 8 full marathon and 9 half marathon race entries are available through the "Heroes" charity registration. The "Heroes" charity registration enables you to make a direct donation of at least $350 to Neuhaus Education Center, plus the cost of registration (Full: $115, Half: $95) to secure a spot in either race. This option will be available online beginning July 27th (6:00 a.m. CST) at the Houston Chevron Marathon website.

The Run for a Reason Kickoff Party will be held Thursday, September 16, 2010 at Memorial Park (south picnic loop area) from 5:00 p.m - 7:30 p.m. Meet the members of our Team, get your official Team Neuhaus shirt and meet our Sponsors!
 
Become a Fundraiser!
 
Once you have signed up to Run for Neuhaus in either the full marathon, half marathon or 5K, you can help Neuhaus by raising donations for teacher professional development. You can set up your personalized donation page through the event website (houstonmarathon.com) with pictures, quotes and the amounts you have raised. The event website will also provide you with tips and suggestions on how to increase your donations.
