Our Mission

Neuhaus Education Center, dedicated to preventing reading failure, provides
teachers professional development in research-based methods of literacy instruction.

How do we accomplish this mission?

We equip teachers with the latest research-based strategies and materials to teach reading, writing, and spelling to all students, including those with dyslexia.
We help parents with referrals for students who need intensive, individualized reading instruction, provide phone consultations at no cost, hold parent seminars and information sessions.
We provide classes to help adults with basic language skills.
