Message From the CEO:

Dear Neuhaus supporters,

Our Neuhaus family wishes you and your family the very best during these challenging times. I want to update you on our plans during these unique circumstances. Based on the CDC’s recent guidance regarding large gatherings and in the best interest of the safety and well-being of our generous donors, speakers, friends and guests, Neuhaus Education Center has made the following adjustments to our April 2020 events:

Lenox M. Reed Seminar: Postponed to October 23, 2020

  • We look forward to sharing updated event details with you soon. Thank you for your patience.
  • Registrations will be honored for the rescheduled event. If you purchased a ticket and prefer a refund, please contact Elizabeth Crockett at ecrockett@neuhaus.org by March 31, 2020.
Annual Benefit Luncheon: Canceled
  • Unfortunately, due to the nature and size of the Annual Benefit Luncheon, we will not be able to reschedule.
  • All Luncheon table and ticket purchases will be converted to fully tax-deductible donations. We will be sending updated acknowledgement letters in the upcoming weeks. If you have questions or concerns about your gift, please contact Bronwyn Beauchamp at bbeauchamp@neuhaus.org.
Dyslexia Specialist Preparation Program Graduation: Postponed to June 3, 2020
  • Graduates, please join us on June 3 from 5:00pm to 6:30pm at Neuhaus Education Center.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we keep the health of our supporters, staff, and community at the forefront of our decisions. We are working diligently to reschedule our events and will notify you of the confirmed dates as soon as possible.

It is through your support that Neuhaus Education Center can promote literacy for all. Your ability to see the immeasurable potential in every reader gives Neuhaus the potential to change the future. While students miss out on valuable classroom time during district and school closures, it will be even more imperative that their teachers are prepared to teach them to read. We look forward to continuing to support educators during and after the challenges presented by COVID-19.

We are sending our thoughts and prayers to you and your families during this unprecedented time. If you have any questions or concerns about the events listed above, please do not hesitate to reach out via email or phone to our Vice President of Advancement, Bronwyn Beauchamp, at bbeauchamp@neuhaus.org or (832) 338-8112.

Sincerely,
Dr. Tracy Weeden
